Here are a few things you may need to know when considering our space.

Booking Information:

  • A security deposit of $150 will be due in advance in order to book your event
  • A 2-week (minimum) cancellation or date change notice is needed for 100% refund
    • If less than 2 weeks’ notice is given, no refund will be issued 
  • The full rental fee is due 48 hours prior to event
  • Decorations used cannot leave any markings
  • Tacks, staples and duct tape are strictly prohibited
  • Your security deposit will be returned if the following conditions have been met:
    • No damage or excessive wear and tear discovered
    • Room cleaned up appropriately

General Information:

  • Appleton Harley-Davidson is not responsible for the following:
    • Lost or stolen items  
    • Items left in the facility after the event
  • Decorations used cannot leave any markings
  • Tacks, staples and duct tape are strictly prohibited

Food and Beverages:

  • Food and beverage carry-ins are allowed (no additional charge)
