Parts Curbside Pickup
These numbers will be staffed during business hours. However, due to the number of staff available, you may not get through right away. If that happens, please leave a voicemail with your full name and number, and your call will be returned. Please don't hang up and call back right away because this ties up the phone lines.
Picking Up Your Orders
When you're coming to pickup your Parts or Motorclothes order, call 92O-757-1651 when you are within 5 minutes of the dealership. Pull up to the Service Entrance and we will bring your order to your vehicle.
We will still be monitoring our emails and Facebook messages.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get my bike worked on during this time?
We will be taking on a limited amount of new service work during this time. Call 920-750-6910 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, number, and a brief description of the work you need done. We will call or email you back to set up an appointment time. Bikes with open work orders as of 3/28 or earlier will be completed. We will contact you to set up a contact-free pickup.
What about emergency bike work?
Please send us an email at email@example.com or call 920-750-6910 and leave a voicemail describing the work needed in as much detail as possible. We will contact you on when and how we can assist you during the closure.
Can bikes can be picked up and/or delivered during the closure?
If your bike's work has been completed, Service will reach out to you to set a pickup time. If we made arrangements with you to have your bike delivered before 3/28, those deliveries are still on schedule. Otherwise, we won't be picking up or delivering bikes until we reopen.
Can I pickup my bike that is in Winter Storage?
Yes! Send us an email or leave a voicemail for Service and we will arrange a time window during a set day of the week for you to come pick it up.
Will I incur additional charges if my bike isn’t picked up from winter storage before May 1st?
Nope, there will not be additional charges on bikes remaining at the dealership in May.
Will I be able to talk to a salesperson during this time?
Yes! If you've worked with a salesperson in the past, they will still be available via email. If you haven't worked with one before, call 92o-757-1651 during our Open Hours or email your inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org and a salesperson will be in contact with you within 24 hours during business days.
Will I be able to look at a bike I'm interested in purchasing?
Absolutely! Contact your sales person, or email email@example.com to get in touch with one. They will be able to set up a time that works for you.
Can I just show up at the dealership to check out motorcycles?
We will be booking these on an appointment-only basis, so reach out to our sales personnel or email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a time that works for you.
If I'm ready to purchase a bike, can I leave the dealership with it?
Definitely! As long as you've booked an appointment with us and all your paperwork checks out, the bike is yours!
Can I purchase clothing while you're closed?
Absolutely! We have lots of apparel and accessories available in our Appleton H-D Online Store. Free shipping on every order and right now, save 10% on purchases over $100! If there is something specific you're looking for in-store, we are happy to have it available via curbside pickup.
What about riding gear and shoes/boots?Yes, call us at 920-757-1651 or send us an email at email@example.com describing the item(s) you're looking for and we will email or call you back. Feel free to send us a link or image as well! We are working on getting our items available on our website for you to view. In the meantime, you can also check out the Harley-Davidson online store for items as well.
Can I return or exchange something that I bought before you guys closed?
We can do same-item exchanges, if you just need a different size. However, if you're looking return things to get different items or money back, we will extend our return policy to two weeks after we reopen.
Can I still register for a Riding Academy class?
Yes! You can easily register on our Learn to Ride page.
Will you be doing any fittings during this time?
Nope, but we will as soon as we reopen April 24th. If you have any concerns or questions, just email them to RidingAcademy@appletonhd.com or call 920-750-6955 and leave a voicemail.
