Appleton Harley-Davidson is proud to introduce our Brat Shed.

The Brat Shed is open Saturdays from 10am – 2pm during the summer months. It has burgers, brats, hot dogs, chili cheese dogs, nachos, ice cream, chips and soda for sale.

Money Raised by Non-Profits

Since opening in 2019, the Brat Shed has raised over $15,000 for at least 18 local non-profits. Almost $10,000 was raised in 2021 alone. Some notable non-profits who have raised money using the Brat Shed include:
• We Care Meals
• North East Skating Trust (NEST)
• Neenah Animal Shelter
• Boy Scout Troop 6002
• Little Chute Dance Team
• Freedom Dance

Want to Staff the Brat Shed?

We invite non-profit organizations to staff the Shed May through September on select dates to raise money for their group. We provide all the food items to run the Brat/Hamburger Fry at cost. All you need to do is provide the staff to serve, sell, cook, set up and clean up. Please call 920-757-1651 or email us at [email protected] for available dates.

Feeding the Present and Future with a Nod to the Past

The structure is a replica of the original 1903 Harley-Davidson Shed, where the three Davidson brothers, Arthur, William and Walter, and their friend William Harley made their first motorcycles. The Brat Shed was built by our Master Technician Jake S.
